Elegant, savory and floral
Chardonnay with a strong flavor combined with the elegance of intense notes of flowers and white fruits. Behind its apparent immediacy, its pleasant, soft but clearly evident structure stands out.
GRAPE VARIETY
Chardonnay grown in Guyot with sustainable viticulture.

HARVEST
In the first ten days of September exclusively from grapes harvested by hand in small and selected vineyards in the Langhe.

WINEMAKING
Destemming and delicate pressing followed by skin maceration at 4° C for 12 hours. Separation of the skins in an environment protected by inert gas and flotation for natural clarification of the must. Slow alcoholic fermentation at 14°C.

REFINEMENT
Maturation in barrel on thin lees for two months during which the wine acquires fatness and volume. Bottling and aging for approximately 4 months.

SERVICE ADVICE
Temperature of 10-12°C. To drink in 5 years.

COMBINATIONS
Good structure, excellent as an aperitif or with both hot and cold appetizers, savory pies, delicate first courses or with shellfish - fish and white meats.

TASTING NOTES
- colour: quite intense bright straw yellow.
- smell: striking with floral notes, especially of flowers and white fruits, citrus fruits with hints of grapefruit and exotic fruits, very intense and well blended.
- taste: great softness with accentuated minerality depending on the vintage. Reference to floral and fruity olfactory notes. In closing it is balanced and soft, with a persistent freshness
