ROSÉ WINE

AD MAJORA

Pink and white fruits, flavor and great volume

Marked flavour, intense notes of dried rose and white berries give freshness and great persistence capable of pushing it to important combinations.

GRAPE VARIETY

Nebbiolo grown in Guyot with sustainable viticulture. Very versatile variety capable of producing wines of extraordinary freshness or products of great complexity such as  Barolo and Barbaresco.

WINEMAKING

Ddestemming and delicate pressing with maceration on the skins for just 1 day. Flotation and slow alcoholic fermentation at 12°C with continuous stirring to favor the production of the rich aromatic complement and the particular fruity and floral notes.

REFINEMENT

Maturation in barrel on thin lees for two months to acquire volume and fatness while balancing the aromatic, alcoholic and acidic power of this wine. This is followed by 8 months of bottle refinement during which the note of rose and small white fruits is accentuated.

SERVICE ADVICE

Temperature: 10-12°C. To drink in 5 years.

COMBINATIONS

As an aperitif or for a wide range of combinations: appetizers, savory pies, shellfish and fish dishes, first courses and white meats up to pastries.
